Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

At It Chick Clothes we want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. For that reason, we have a flat rate shipping charge of $6.99 for all orders shipped within the United States. That way, you don't have any unpleasant surprises at the end of your order process. We will usually fill your order and initiate shipping by the end of the next business day from receiving your order. All shipping and handling charges are in U.S. dollars.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow one week before contacting us if you've not received your purchase.

Shipping to Canada

All orders shipped to Canada are charged a $19.99 shipping and handling charge. Our international shipping and handling charges do not reflect any duties or taxes which may need to be paid by the recipient. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

International Shipping

All orders to be shipped outside the U.S. or Canada require a $27.99 shipping and handling charge. Depending on location, orders may take several weeks to reach their destination. Shipping method will be chosen depending on destination. Our international shipping and handling charges do not reflect any duties or taxes which may need to be paid by the recipient. U.S. law prohibits our shipping to certain countries. We closely scrutinize all international orders for fraud. Because of very high rates of fraud, we may not ship to west African countries. We reserve the right not to ship to any particular international address.

It Chick Clothes knows that fitting rooms are not the most fun place to try on clothes. We also know sizing can be a tough area to navigate. We use small, medium and large, so that pre-teen girls feel good about what's on their tag. And that's why we offer our plus size, or extended size, clothes for tween girls online with a generous return policy. If you don't like what you've bought, we'll take it back or exchange it within 30 days. We're so sure you'll like what you buy that we'll cover your shipping costs on returns within that timeframe.

Items marked as on sale and described as final sale are the only exception. All closeout or clearance sales are final with no exchanges or returns unless there is an error on our part. Upon receiving the items, and completing any exchanges necessary, we will refund you your shipping costs on the returns as well as the cost of any returned items.
